ESPN's Jason Stark is reporting the Los Angeles Dodgers are expected to announce the signings of Casey Blake and Mark Loretta on Tuesday.
Blake has agreed to a three-year deal worth slightly more than $17.1 million. It's believed the
Minnesota Twins had offered him a two-year contract in the neighborhood of $14 million. Loretta has agreed to a one-year, $1.25 million deal. He figures to be the Dodgers' primary backup at all four infield positions.
Nick Colletti, GM of the Dodgers was quoted as saying last year when they acquired Blake, "that he is a gamer."
