A-Rod caught lying again.....

According to the Daily News, A-Rod apparently lied about Selena Roberts stalking him and breaking into his Miami residence when his children were sleeping. He said all this when getting interviewed by ESPN's Peter Gammons.

The Police departments from New York and Hoboken to Miami and Coral Gables say A-Rod never reported Selena Roberts' alleged crimes to them.

"I haven't been able to find anything to corroborate that she has tried to break into his home," Detective Juan Sanchez of the Miami Beach police said. "I haven't been able to find anything that corroborates the statement Alex Rodriguez made to ESPN."

"What makes me upset is that Sports Illustrated pays this lady, Selena Roberts, to stalk me," Rodriguez told Gammons. "This lady has been thrown out of my apartment in New York City. This lady has five days ago just been thrown out of the University of Miami police for trespassing. And four days ago she tried to break into my house where my girls are up there sleeping, and got cited by the Miami Beach police. I have the paper here."

A-Rod never provided the paper to Gammons...

Sanchez said Miami Beach police did file a "miscellaneous incident report" after police were called to answer a security guard's question about whether the island where Rodriguez lives is public or private property.

"She was trying to gain access onto the island, and they had no right to stop her," Sanchez said. "It's a public right of way. She can stand in front of his house and do whatever she has to do as long as she doesn't step on his property. There's no follow-up. She was not arrested. She was not cited. It doesn't go on her record. It's not even entered into our system."

In an interview posted on SI.com's web site, Roberts said A-Rod's claims that she tried to break into his house were ridiculous. "I never rang his doorbell," Roberts said. "I never stepped on his driveway. I was never anywhere near his house."

***It all seems that A-Rod is trying to make a big spectacle over nothing. He is obviously mad at Roberts for breaking the story that he has held secret for at least 6 years..
