The Mets got embarrassed again last night in Washington by the score of 7-1. The Mets played sloppy baseball and it's time to shake things up..

The Mets mash unit continues as John Maine apparently had some shoulder stiffness/soreness... Does he require some DL time next?... Stay tuned!

Ryan Church will come off the DL today and probably be in the lineup.... OK Terrific

Making way for Ryan, was Emil Brown(he never had a chance)...He was DFA'd and Fernando Martinez was kept up....

Brian Costa of the Star Ledger has a good report about how the Mets injuries often seem to be worse than first diagnosed..

Maybe the Mets are letting other teams to look at Fernando Martinez to see if he has any value left to make a possible deal..

Today it's Livan's day to see what he has in the tank.... or the Mets will just tank..

The Denver Post is saying that Atkins looks to be the Odd Man Out in Colorado..

The Toronto Sun is reporting that Alex Rios might have talked himself out of Toronto, Maybe the Mets might have interest in the Outfielder...(Hint: I'll take that bum!)
